Creation of document base:

1. Building a database with documents by uploading them to the database and assignment to appropriate folders and subfolders. Depending on the version, software may be equipped with an additional function enabling verification

2. Appropriate description of documents through: giving them keywords allowing their searching and identification of additional parameters such as: validity date or access level (as part of system creation, it is possible to differentiate groups having access to documents).

3. Assignment of documents to complex products and solutions enabling their subsequent searching with regard to the company's offer.

 

Searching for documents:

1. Using web browsers.

2. Using applications on mobile devices.
